Mr Submarine - Midland

The food at this restaurant was mediocre. The ingredients seemed standard for a Mr. Sub sandwich, so the taste was just okay. It would have been better if the bread was toasted. The service was quite poor. When asked to toast the bread, the staff claimed the machine was not working. They also mentioned they had the ingredients for one sub but not for the other, and in the end, they did not make either sandwich. It felt as though they were annoyed that we were paying for food.

This Mr. Subs location is unlike any other. I had a negative experience and would not return. The staff member at the counter should consider a different line of work as their customer service skills are lacking. The food I ordered was disappointing and I regret supporting this establishment.

I ordered a sub went in to pick it up it was like a mini sub with about five pieces of meat on it and a hot pepper, however I ordered an assorted cheated with lettuce tomato onion the works.I came back I said I want my money back. They yelled at me and the girl raised her hand over the counter in a threatening way I told her be very careful. Raised my voice back at them and left. This stores employees should really be given a lesson in etiquette, how to treat customers, Canadians and perhaps a muzzle. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. AFTER 30 YEARS OF VISITING MR. SUB SHOPS AROUND ONTARIO THAT WAS MY VERY LAST VISIT. Really should have had her charged. There's NO PLACE FOR THIS IN OUR SOCIETY.

Pretty bad since the new ownership.. never stocked, always mess up the order.. definitely not worthy of the Mr. Sub 'Canadian ' name

Stick to what sells ... apparently whole wheat 6 buns not a hit info Midland, Ontario. my bun was mouldy and it crumbled? wtf all gluten gone totally ruined one of my favorite sandwiches this cost me 10.00 wtf people, if you're going to dress up the storefront at least keep the QUALITY SUBS we are used to!! the previous owners had this market... #sadly miss them and the delicious #FRESH subs #notrecommending even though the store LOOKS PRETTY the quality sucks save your 10 bucks and walk down the road a bit!!
