Wall St Cocina - Midland

I stumbled upon this place by chance, and I'm so glad I did! The food is absolutely fantastic. I tried the birria tacos and the burrito—the beef in the tacos was incredibly tender and packed with flavor, while the pork in the burrito was equally tender and delicious. I was pleased to see that they didn’t load the burrito up with veggies, rice, or beans; it was just straight-up meat wrapped in a tortilla, just the way it should be! The birria dip was also excellent, spicy with a nice kick, and the salsas were equally delightful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back for more!

I have finally discovered my favorite tacos in Midland, and they are the Tacos de Birria at Wall St Cocina. These tacos are truly exceptional. The meat is juicy, the shell has a delightful crunch, and the consommé packs just the right amount of spice. I can't wait to turn up the heat next time... I want to feel the burn! I ordered a plate of four, but I could have easily devoured four more. I just didn't want them to end. You can count on me being here once or twice a week as I work my way through their entire menu. The service was fantastic—everyone on the staff was friendly and accommodating. You've gained a loyal customer! Stop reading this and go enjoy these tacos right now!

I went here with my wife because we were craving birria tacos, and this place came up on Google. The service was excellent, and the tacos were amazing. We will definitely be back. Don't judge this place by the size of the building... they are doing some serious work in this kitchen!!! Thank You!!!

The customer service was great. The food was very delicious. I had burrito de birria and my wife had tacos de birria. The consomé was very flavorful. It was super crowded and hard to hear in there. It's not an environment you bring your family to if yall want to dine in.
