Villa D'alessandro Tuscany Banquet Hall

My friend and I were seated before others around us, but they all received their appetizers and drinks before we were even served anything. The server ended up forgetting my order and had to come back to ask me what I wanted. Overall, I do not recommend dining at this restaurant as there were numerous disappointments.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday at 7:30 PM, and despite there only being 6 full tables and the restaurant not being at half capacity, the hostess informed us that they were overwhelmed and not seating anyone else. I was very disappointed as I had heard positive reviews about this restaurant. Being turned away for no reason has left a sour taste, and I will not be returning or recommending it to others.

I enjoyed the nice ambiance of this restaurant and the good service. However, I found the food to be quite bland, as if they were afraid to use seasonings. The meat and cheese appetizer, on the other hand, was very tasty and enjoyable.

Went on New Years eve and was very dissatisfied with their service. Took them 30 minutes to take our orders, took 40 more minutes to get our food, didn't supply butter or oil/vinegar for the bread, then they mixed up the orders and forgot one of ourfriend's food. Then took my steak away after I had started and gave it to my father in law. Didn't have a steak knife andafter all that, the steak was extremely gristly. The only other time I had food from them was when they catered to my rehearsaldinner and that food was also terrible.

The restaurant was inconsistent. We enjoyed a good meal and the staff was friendly, but some details that are typically expected in a higher-end restaurant were lacking or needed to be requested multiple times. Despite this, we plan to give them another chance in the hopes that the experience will improve.
