True Texas Bbq - Midland

I had a great experience at the supermarket! The collard greens were absolutely perfect. It’s definitely worth a visit.

I ordered a chopped brisket sandwich with a side salad, but unfortunately, the salad had moldy cucumbers. However, the BBQ was flavorful and free of any issues, and the portion was generous. I definitely won't be ordering another salad.

I ordered the BBQ brisket nachos, but they were sold out of them, along with the rib tips and crooked green mac and cheese. They mentioned that the nachos would come with pico de gallo, but I didn't see or taste any. Despite that, they were still delicious and filling.

IG:@daysoffwithray The first time you try out here. It's really good. We came from California for an internship and found this place well. Would recommend. I just wish the Friito bee would make her cheese melt more.

Second time here (inside HEB) for BBQ. Great taste, great flavor and good portions. I'd definitely recommend. I'll be back, next time in town.
