Starbucks Barnes Noble - Midland

I had a frustrating experience at this location. Two young girls were working, but they seemed more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. I had to repeat my order because they weren't paying attention. Additionally, they didn't know how to prepare the drinks I requested, and both were incorrect. I'm very disappointed with this place.

The waitress who served us was very friendly, providing excellent customer service. The coffee was great as well.

The service here is always quick and friendly. They’re great at helping you choose a drink if you're unsure. This place is a favorite of mine and my best friend, especially for enjoying drinks and books.
