Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Midland

I hadn't experienced any issues until today, but the quality of the food was poor—my chicken fajitas were burnt. Food rating: 1/5.

This is a fantastic restaurant with a variety of comfortable seating options. They offer an impressive selection of salsas, and I particularly enjoyed their little salsa bar, which I affectionately named. The margaritas are excellent, and I especially love that they have Taco Tuesday. The sopapillas are delicious! I highly recommend this place for a night out any day of the week, as everything on the menu has its own unique flavor. Food: 5/5.

The food quality here is consistent with what we've experienced at other locations in the franchise. We absolutely love the steak taco with guacamole; the seasoning is just right. Food rating: 4/5.

Went through the drive thru with my friend and they were extremely rude. The guy on the head set barely said a word and after saying an item he would say anything at all. When I got my food he just handed it to us without saying anything. Horrible service

First time at this location. Really like rosas when I can get some. Claudia who happened to be a manager was so rude. She was shoving the bag through my window even after I told her that it wouldn’t fit. I asked her for a separate bag and she snatched the order out of my hand and roughly separated my order. She was unnecessarily rude. I understand that she may have to have her drive time down and help people in a timely manner but none of that matters if the customer service is horrible like Claudia’s today. And I’m just baffled that a manager would do this. She should definitely know better or maybe they just promote or hire anyone at this location. I kept my manners because I had kids in the car.
