Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Midland

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The management was too busy focusing on drive-thru orders to assist me with my dine-in order. The employee was also struggling to fulfill my order, which made me feel like they were neglecting the customers who were dining in. Additionally, the manager made a questionable comment about chicken wings now being considered white meat. Overall, it seems like the restaurant is trying too hard to keep up with trends and losing focus on customer service.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has the best fried chicken in town, surpassing other popular chains like Chicken Express, Golden Chick, Canes, and Bushes. I visit Popeyes 1-2 times a week and every time, I am impressed by the fully cooked, buttery, biscuit, crispy chicken tenders, along with a perfectly carbonated soda. The blackened ranch dip is the best fast food dip I have ever tasted. Though it may not be KFC, Popeyes' chicken is still finger lickin’ good. I recommend trying the ghost pepper wings for a delicious, not too spicy option. Popeyes truly stands out for its delicious fried chicken.
