I'm not the designated "grill master" in my family, but I had to go pick up a brisket for my husband's birthday. They could have easily upsold me on a more expensive cut, but instead, they guided me to exactly what I needed. The staff is incredibly personable and friendly, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the community. Although there are cheaper options available, I am more than willing to pay a little extra to support them and their business. If you haven't had the chance to visit Midland Meat Company, I highly recommend that you do!

The best quality meat in town! We've tried their chicken, steak, Wagyu hot dogs, beef stew, hamburger patties, chorizo, beef cheeks, and ground beef, and we could immediately taste the difference. We'll never return to buying our meat from a chain grocery store. Their prices are very reasonable too. Plus, the staff is friendly. Overall, this is a fantastic company worth supporting. Midland Meat Market has gained loyal new customers!
