Good To Go: Deli Truck - Midland

I LOVE this food! Fresh, Creative menu which is always changing. I totally dig it and visit it as often as I can ! I wish they had a permanent location . Great Quality food and variety !

Good to Go food truck was at a benefits on Wednesday for Community wishes at the Midland Eagles and they were so friendly and I heard the food was amazing. Unfortunately I had to get my wrap to go and I was looking forward to eating it. I sat it on the counter and walked away. My dog ate my wrap and I didn't even get one bite. He seemed to enjoy it

We stopped by in front of Gourmet Cupcake shop in Midland. Had a standard, veggie and liberty sandwiches. Outstanding, definitely a go to food truck. Generous portions and great quality.Prepared well, great flavor and quality ingredients.

Chili lime shrimp is delicious! I love the naan burrito. Chickpea was also fantastic.

Good spot for a quick lunch. Can be busy at times, but online ordering and delivery are options if you're in a super hurry. They have a set menu with different daily specials. Staff has always been friendly to me.
