Texas Roadhouse - Middletown

I enjoy going to Texas Roadhouse, but my recent experience was disappointing. The food and service have always been good in the past, but not on this occasion. We were seated quickly, but our server, Josh, made a derogatory comment about my boyfriend's size. I was shocked and speechless, while my boyfriend remained gracious. The sweet tea had no sugar, and the timing of the appetizer and salads was off. The main courses were mixed - my boyfriend's steak was perfect, but my ribs were dry. The manager addressed our concerns, but the damage was already done. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience. Each visit seems to get worse, and for the price, it's not worth it. Fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent and the meal type was dinner. The price per person was between $10-$20, which was great. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the Blooming Onion dish.

The food at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff was attentive and quick to assist. Each dish came out of the kitchen in a sensible order and was delicious and hot. I have no complaints and would definitely dine here again. Service was outstanding. This was a dinner meal with a price range of $20-30 per person. The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is a 4. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Caesar Salad and the Fresh Steak Cuts.

This was a one off review of this location, which is why I am rating it a 4/5 for service where I would typically rate it a 5. We waited an hour and a half to get seated, which we were ok with since we were waiting at home because we used the app. We finally were seated and ordered all our food at once. Me and my boyfriend each ordered the 5 buck Long Island iced teas. They tasted off like there was not any alcohol in them, definetly different than previous visits. We received out entree before our appetizer, which we ended up taking home because we were not hungry anymore. I am okay with that and typically I am lienent because I understand how busy it gets, especially since it was veterans day. Other than that, the food was delicious as always. Bread was extra extra hot and fresh. I saw it coming out if the kitchen directly to my table. Delicious and made good leftovers. Parking: There are other stores, due to the location and the time of day, I had to park pretty steep into the lot, however there was still plenty of parking available.
