Taco Bell - Middletown

It was hit or miss a few months ago, but they really turned it around and its awesome again.

They ran out of ground beef and I waited for 39 minutes for chicken replacement which taste horrible.

Whether I stop at this location myself or attempt to order....this location just isn't it. They constantly give the wrong items, take extremely long, and almost NEVER provide sauce in the bag. Why ask what sauce your customers would like JUST to turn aroundand not put it in the bag ?

ORDER 365065, 10/1/2022, 8:08:05 PM, Cashier Rudy P. I told them no CHEESE on my food three times!!! It even says it on my receipt and they still did it anyways! The woman that took my order in the drive through had an attitude right off the bat!!! SoI know it was intentional!

The manager is the only one who is able to do something... while within I observed, she has all foods that all food wrapped the register ...mgr. the food handed over to a helper, broken up from a lot of bags, he would place objects here then, seemingly not even know what he get in any given bag, chronic complaining of wrong persons. there was a dmgr while I was there. I talked to him about an emulator program so that possibly payments on the line and ordering could be made ready to pick up. ready when the customer arrived, between ipads , androids , windows ,7 , 8 , 8, 9 , edge , google , the variety of program versions no wonder that the on line payment system does not fly, u can place countless items in a basket, can simply not complete the purchase. it is a wonder the store manager is still sane, paz
