Sunrise - Middletown

Food is fresh and good, but not stunning. For some reason, the Phobrühe was a little sweet and that made it taste less authentic. The tontop-free is not actually in a tonpot.

I love this place. Ordered many other things and liked them all, but happier when I had garlic shrimps. The waitress is the best.

I really like this place. Very good chicken pho. I often order the chicken pho with the chicken broth. My absolute favorite part of this restaurant is that they have the best Taro in the city. I literally go there every day. My only complaints would be that they do not make larger sizes for the drinks! Even if they might offer a chili oil in contrast to the current hot sauce they have. Also note that for purchases less than $10, bring cash as there is a fee when you pay with the card.

The Pho here is very good; full taste with beautifully prepared meat, which can be added with the side plate of lime and vegetables. We also ordered the fried tofu with peanut sauce to enjoy with our pho, but not very for the taste... probably just us. Overall great service with a friendly staff in a clean restaurant. I recommended Sunrise to anyone looking for the wonderful, almost therapeutic qualities of a well prepared bowl of Pho.

Food was delicious. We did take out. There wasn’t any outdoor dining available. Our order: Egg roll, ham roll, shrimp cake, pork vermicelli.
