Panera Bread - Middletown

I ordered the signature sandwich, but it was only lukewarm and didn’t have any greens or lettuce in it. When I called to inquire, I was informed that the sandwich doesn’t actually include greens. I pointed out that your photo shows it with greens. The only way to resolve this issue was to go back to the store, but I didn't have the time, so I tried to address it online instead. That turned out to be a frustrating experience, as I felt like I was just being sent in circles. I would like a refund of my $13!

I absolutely love Panera! Their food is consistently excellent. I tried the Margherita Flatbread, and I must say, it was delicious! It was wonderfully cheesy, and the sauce was fantastic. I would definitely order it again! I also had their Strawberry Lemon Mint drink, which was very refreshing!

Everything about this Middletown location is wonderful. The low background music creates a great atmosphere for studying or working. They serve the best French Onion Soup I've ever had!

I placed an online order but mistakenly selected the wrong pickup time. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, and the person who helped me—if I remember correctly, his name was Calvin—was fantastic in resolving the mix-up! When I arrived, the manager, Jim, welcomed me and quickly got my order ready. He was very kind and stayed with me until everything was prepared. Both were incredibly personable and friendly! I will absolutely be returning in the future. I love stopping by to grab dinner after a long day of teaching! Thank you all! See you soon!

I love coming here in the morning for the delicious pastries and egg sandwiches. They also offer a variety of pizzas, soups, sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, and more. They have a Sip Club membership, which costs about $10 and gives you unlimited drinks, including soda, tea, and coffee. The Sip Club is a great deal if you work nearby, but I must say, the coffee isn't great. Overall, the staff are quite friendly.
