Mcdonald's - Middletown

I was on my way to the restaurant and tried to place a lunch order. Lunch starts at 10:30, but I had to explain that I wouldn't even reach the pickup window until that time. After some back and forth, I finally decided to order the Holy Cow burger. I ended up going to another place because there wasn't a Burger King nearby. The staff at the second location were quite nice.

It was a typical McDonald's experience, but the service was exceptional!

If the service is not available in the dining room, please close the doors. I felt like a fool who was wasting my time in register, while 6 to 8 people in the back did not recognize me. even the hired in the dining room didn't look until I got out.

This place it nasty i work there for like 3 to 4 week and its dirty they dont clean good. the oil it been like a month and the manager dont care if they change it or not. The mannager had his group of people that dont do nothing just talk with the mannager and the other people or new people had to do everything for them. For real this is the worst experience the i have working and i will never come back to work or eat there make me sick???

I would rate it 0 stars. This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen! I waited 15 minutes for my order, even when I ordered on the app ! I've seen other restaurants faster than this.
