I absolutely love JZ! Every time I visit, I feel like I'm part of a family. The staff is really friendly, especially the security guys—they're all great and fun to be around. I try to control my drinking, but I always end up having a bit too much and then dancing like crazy! I just adore this place. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

The food is great but the service has and will probably always be horrible. It’s disappointing because I always want to come here and every single time the service is beyond horrible. They’re very slow and even getting a check takes 20 mins. Didn’t even get hookah this last time because I didn’t want to stay any longer. I go during non busy hours and this time there were a total of 6 people in the building and still horrible service. I’m glad they add their own gratuity Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
