Empire Pizza - Middletown

I had a terrible experience with Empire pizza. I ordered a party-sized pizza with hamburger and bacon for over $27, tipped $5, and was shocked when I opened the box to find tiny crumbled pieces of what I think was supposed to be hamburger and bacon. I was too embarrassed to serve this to my guests and will never order from them again. I felt ripped off and won't be wasting my money on Empire in the future. Don't order delivery from them, or if you do, make sure to check the box before paying. I would have refused to pay if I had seen the pizza beforehand. They have lost me as a customer.

Do not order from Empire. The frozen vegetable toppings tasted like they came straight from the freezer, making the pizza inedible and even making me sick. The crust tasted like ground up cardboard, and to top it off, the delivery person was rude. At $35.00, it was definitely not worth it.

The quality at this restaurant varies greatly. I have enjoyed the pizza on a few occasions, but when they make a mistake, they refuse to acknowledge it. The employees are extremely rude and provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We had ordered from Empire plenty of times before. No major mess ups and the food was decent. Last order the girl taking the order was rude, messed up the order, had to call back to confirm card info because she had that wrong too. After the food was delivered I called back to explain the mistake. I was questioned by two woman including the one that took my order originally. At the end of the call they confirmed they would send the driver back with the right ordered item they never delivered it MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Good, cheap, and cheesy pizza. I haven't had their other menu items but they have a really large menu. Their sauce is pretty good too. It's not gourmet pizza like the new haven or new york joints but if you are craving greasy, cheesy pizza this place is pretty good.
