TGI FRIDAYS - Wallkill - Middletown

We made a reservation for Nye for a quick bite and when we in the hosted called 20 minutes waiting for me and I politely said no problem, but we made a reservation and then aggressively called NO RESERVATIONS ON HOLIDAYS! We were very hungry and just wanted a short bite before we left our evening, so my family and I decided to wait. We watched many empty tables (they have to be brief) and the hostess is rude to all the others who came in. Customer service was very bad. Our waiter was okay. Not super attentive, but again they just have to be brief. But I feel that the food was not good enough and the service was so bad that we probably never go back.

Nice to see a new menu. Service was excellent-friendly and attentive waiting staff.

The service is completely shot at this place. They increased their prices more in line with expensive restaurants, but the service in this place went in the opposite direction.

Service was terrible. The wrong articles that were loaded for items I didn't get. Overall a very bad experience.

Went to Friday’s today for dinner with my lady and I and had a great experience. Waiter Corey and waitress RO we’re very polite and great customer service and showed us all the specials they had. We will definitely be back. They definitely made up for our first experience! Thanks guys
