Taco Time - Middleton

When we arrived, there were only two cars ahead of us, yet it took 20 minutes to get our food through the drive-thru. The employee taking our order was quite rude and interrupted us. They also forgot part of our order, so we had to wait even longer, and the employee slammed the drive-thru window in my grandmother's face. When we called to complain, the manager responded in a similar disrespectful manner and supported the employee after watching the video. This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I do not recommend it.

Middleton Taco Time offers excellent customer service and serves delicious, clean food.

The service here is quite slow. They frequently forget items I've ordered, and the vegetables often appear to be a few days old.

They pretty slow and not the best filling orders. Once again I get home and I am missing food I ordered. The lettuce looks days old. I wish they let me upload a picture. Its brown and disgusting.

Food is always too greasy and more often than not, cold when you get it.
