Pizza Brutta - Middleton

Pizza Brutta is one of the top wood-fired pizza spots around. Although the prices are a bit high, the pizza itself is absolutely delicious. Considering it's a wood-fired restaurant, the food is served up remarkably quickly. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, with decor reminiscent of a log cabin. While the pizzas may be somewhat small for the price, they are very tasty, and the same applies to the toppings. Overall, it's a fast and delicious experience – I’d give it five stars!

Time and time again, even with the staff occasionally changing locations or new faces coming in, Pizza Brutta consistently delivers pizza that is unmatched. I've been raving about this place for years, and I've never once regretted my praise for their exceptional quality. Tonight was my first visit in over a month, and they haven't missed a beat—the pizza is still top-notch. Referring to their pizza as just a product feels inadequate; calling it art may not fully capture it either. It's simply the best in its class.

This is my favorite pizza place of all time. I've been living in Madison for the last seven years, and I keep returning to Pizza Brutta. If you're unsure of what to order, the mushroom pizza is fantastic, and I'm always excited to try their specials. You really can't beat the fresh, locally sourced ingredients and the crispy, oven-fired crust!
