Fryer grease hasn't been changed in a long time, so long that my whole bag of food smells like burnt grease and old food. Tried to call to speak to a manager but no one there barely speaks english. They have been progressively going downhill fast. They switched over to lunch at 10:30am and the fries had already been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time.
I can't believe I'm writing a review for McD's...but, this one has never disappointed. I've probably stopped here 50 times in six years and the service is always fast, accurate, even when there's a long line at the drive thru. There's a young (20's) guy who usually works in the mornings in the drive thru and he is the most pleasant, smiling, enthusiastic and efficient person I have ever encountered in a fast food place. He's going somewhere with McD's. !!!
This used to be one of the coolest, nicest McDonalds to go to now it's just a dirty pig pen. I asked the lady what is one the southwest salad all she said is chicken. I got to work and opened it and it had corn and blackbeans on it. If I would have had food allergies or certain health conditions this would not be good. I have also been looking at the same dead bug on the ledge by the display case since Feb. The floors have food all over and blackish. You can even see dirty shoe prints. The glass on the display cases and pictures on the wall have food spatters. The chairs and stools also have food on them. Thats just a start wont mention the staff. I asked for salt and it looked like someone had spilled coffee on them. Not using uck. Just sad how what used to be such a neat place go to hell.
The system required me to enter a table number to complete my order, but there didn't seem to be any table tents available. I ended up waiting for what felt like ages because the staff didn't seem to notice I was there. When I finally asked for help, the cashier suggested using a random number for the table. It was baffling to think that customers would know to do this without any guidance. In the end, I had to start my order all over again, which was quite frustrating. The entire experience felt very impersonal and robotic, rather than welcoming and human.
