Food was piping hot delivered on time lady driver was very pleasant highly recommended will be using again my favourite Chinese from now

Took two hours for a delivery, overcharged and not everything paid for was delivered. Food cold when it arrived and driver was rude. Worst service I’ve ever had!

Absolute joke. Placed an order on JustEat. JustEat said it had been delivered but it never turned up! Tried to contact JustEat but no joy and only option given was sorry it’s late and to call the restaurant for an update. Called the restaurant and they had closed. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

The food I ordered took over 30 minutes to arrive, was a different price than I was quoted, and was missing items. I contacted the restaurant and had to wait even longer for the missing items to be brought back to us. By the time everything finally arrived, we had lost interest and no longer wanted to eat it.

Placed an order on 7th december via food hub. i put specific instructions with my order such as no sauce or veg on the crispy chicken and asking for samosas and chicken wings to be replaced with prawn toast and wontons in the starter box. They didnt listen to a single word i typed so basically i couldnt eat the chicken and i paid 10 quid for 4 prawn toast, 4 won tons and 3 spring rolls meant to be 4). Tried to ring the takeaway straight away and no answer, i spoke to foodhub who couldnt contact them so they said theyd try the next day. The next day the takeaway was apparently shut The day after foodhub said the resteraunt would call me they didnt. then it was theyd ring me the next day and havent. Food hub wont refund me without the resteraunts say so. I will be calling them tonight and if they refuse a refund i will be doing a chargeback with my bank as the food was not what i ordered at all and what was edible was terrible and definately not worth 21 quid). Avoid this place at all costs.
