Phone shop to say they would send the next available driver back to collect pizza, then the office could issue a refund that I told them first that I would have to wait another 45 minutes for someone who collects cold pizza. I told them I would be in bed so they would tell me that I'd drive it out of my head to gather, said I would leave it at the end of the drive what they did, they can't go away there as someone would pick it up soon they would leave it as it was **** cold. neadless to say will not buy pizza from dominos again very bad service

Valentino's in Middlesborough served me a half parmo with chips for delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery was late by 20 minutes and the driver knocked on the wrong door, frustrating my neighbor. By the time I received my food, it was stone cold, likely due to the delay. I requested garlic with my order but it was ignored. Overall, it was a complete waste of money as the quality was comparable to a frozen pizza. I have dined here in the past without issue, but I do not plan on returning after this experience. The parmo was disappointing, as all I could taste was the fatty bits.
The food at this restaurant was reheated for the second time in a row, even after requesting a fresh order. To make matters worse, I found a curly hair in my pizza. I won't go into detail about what I did next, but I urge everyone to consider the standards of their takeout options and to be mindful of the potential biases or hygiene issues at play. This experience was so unsatisfactory that I have no intention of ever returning to this pizza shop. I think I'll stick to making my own meals or supporting professional fast food establishments from now on.
I ordered online for takeout from Eatza Pizzas and my order was refused. However, my money was still pending in the restaurant's bank account. I tried to inquire about the situation and why my order was rejected. The man I spoke to on the phone was very rude and seemed disinterested when I asked to speak to someone else for assistance. He even laughed and hung up on me multiple times. I just wanted some information on what had happened and how long it would take to resolve, but the man on the phone made me feel unimportant and helpless.
