Pizza, pizza, pizza. If you are in middlemarch make sure to get a pizza from tap and dough. The pizza serving and chips are generous and delicious.

Amazing food! Great Wood Fire Pizza's with the best chips! We also like the great range of Emerson's on tap, especially the Pilsner! Great vibe, good food, fantastic friendly staff... definitely a 10/10 from us, we will most definitely be back :

Norma and the crew at Tap and Dough Bistro have a great selection of Emerson brews and know how to make a killer wood fired pizza! We had 2 nights in Middlemarch (a week apart) and we went to Tap and Dough both times the pizzas were excellent highly recommend!

The Tap Dough is a first class cafe. Very nice inside, excellent coffee with designer swirls on top, great service and with the added bonus of excellent Emerson ales. Ideally situated at the end of the ORT for those that are in desperate need of refreshment or like to celebrate. Just feel sorry for the ol ' Tavern 2 doors down. Just doesn 't look inviting enough even with the 'Open ' sign!!!

A great place to go to in Midlematch. Great food fantastic service. Not to mention Emerson beer there too
