Souper Brew - Middlebury

Update: I have gone several times since this review and always good. Tonight I also had the pulled pork again. I do have to take back what I said below as the sandwich was so full of meat the person making it had trouble wrapping it. Went here for the first time on a Thursday at about 6:30pm and got a take out order. A nice large clean feel to interior and brightly lit. We got the sesame ginger dressing for a salad and my wife loved it as it was tasty. The seafood gumbo was good and thick. The zuppa is similar to the creamy Italian soups and was quite good. The pulled pork was good and sweet but could maybe use a little more meat and slaw on the bun to look similar to the picture. Will definitely come back, a lot.

Delicious! I had no idea this restaurant existed, but I'm so glad we decided to check it out! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delightful. It's authentic and genuinely tasty. I had a chicken salad wrap, while my six-year-old enjoyed the potato soup. We also sampled the chili served in a bread bowl, which was soft and bursting with flavor. What a lovely spot!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The customer service is outstanding. I accidentally dropped a freshly made salad on the floor, and without hesitation, they prepared a new one for me at no cost. On top of that, the food and drinks are excellent! I highly recommend this place!

This is a great little place to grab a bite to eat or a coffee. They offer soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps and so much more. The soups change so it?s not always the same and we?ve never had any that we didn?t like. The salads are made fresh right in front of you and you pay by weight before dressing. Awesome local business and the staff is always nice and helpful. If you are passing through Middlebury, just stop in and grab at least a coffee. You?ll be pleasantly surprised by this little gem.
