They accidentally added drinks from the car behind me so they did a quick refund but I still didn’t get what I ordered. I asked for over ice and got a frozen drink. Not the end of the world but they need some coffee themselves to wake up.Food: 3/5

I’ve tried this place over 20 times since it’s the only coffee shop out this far, always dissatisfied. I know places have bad days, so I’ve tried them off and on over the last couple years since they open but it’s always like getting a milk on ice. I order Large Iced Latte with an extra shot EACH time too. $7 for milk on ice. Such a bummer I really wish they would have improved.

Service was great! Unfortunately, the drinks barely had any flavor and the mediums are what is usually considered small. 3 stars for service, and because I'm sure it's good to alot of people, but not to me and my family.

The Turtle Mocha is AMAZING, especially when you get it frozen. So so good.My husband and I came by for the first time Jan 14th 2023, and didn’t realize we didn’t get our credit card back. We called to make sure they had it, and they did, so we came back to get it, ordering more coffee (we really enjoyed it so we had to get more). When we got to the window they handed the card back and smiled, we were confused since we still hadn’t paid for the second round of coffee, but they told us it was on them. Very sweet of them, especially for just a small mistake, that really wasn’t a big deal for us. Really above and beyond. The first impression was elite. Definitely will be coming here again.

Customer service is lacking ? could get better service at Starbucks and pay the same ??‍ I always get corrected or told I can’t do something (like add cream to a redbull infusion ? . If I’m paying extra, I don’t see an issue, but OKAY!Food: 4/5
