Subway - Middle River

The service was excellent, with very courteous staff. The establishment was clean, and the food was fresh and delicious.

The food was standard, but the service was absolutely awful. My 4-year-old daughter could prepare a sandwich faster than those staff members. You'd expect them to serve my 6-inch sub before the Mexican customer who ordered 15 twelve-inch subs! After waiting for 10 minutes, I decided to leave. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Metro!

Which restaurant closes every night at 7:00 PM in 2019? It's absurd. The place is always empty—likely a front for something questionable. If you can't operate during regular business hours, just shut down. What a joke!

Employees are always nice to me and the sandwiches are great. Very clean location. Only complaint I have is the cookies are often undercooked. Visibly pale cookies that don't taste right, which wastes money as I have to throw them away. Cookies need tobe cooked at least 5 minutes longer maybe to be golden brown or darker, not anemic. I will keep going to this location though.
