Great breakfast, excellent dinner, home made bread, jams. Great family restaurant or even for just you.

When our meals arrived, we were impressed by the generous portions. The plates were overflowing with piping hot, hand-cut french fries, served alongside a thick club sandwich on homemade white bread. We also ordered a club wrap, which was equally hearty and came with a large serving of fries. What stood out was the use of real chicken in both dishes, a rare find nowadays. The service was excellent, and there was a steady flow of customers coming in for either the restaurant's offerings or the bakery's freshly made goods, including bread, cookies, and squares. We were unable to finish our meals due to the ample serving size, but we were thoroughly satisfied with our experience. If ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to return, and we highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Middle Musquodoboit.

Located in the heart of rural Nova Scotia, we stumbled upon the General Store and Bakery which houses a quaint restaurant at the back. With only 6-8 tables, the restaurant was bustling with locals during lunchtime, a positive indicator of its quality. The home-style cooking was delicious and the portions were more than generous, leaving us unable to finish our meals. The prices were reasonable and we found great value in our dining experience. We wish there were more down-to-earth restaurants like this in other areas. We have made a mental note to always stop here whenever we are in the vicinity.

This is a small general store with a restaurant in the back-end. They do a lot of home-cooked meals and baking! The food was good for the price. I would eat here again if I was in the neighbourhood.

We were pleasantly surprised when we decided to stop at this restaurant for a bite to eat. We always enjoy finding new places to dine, and this one did not disappoint. It is a small bakery and corner store with a liquor store attached, and an eatery in the back. The food is simple but delicious, and the seating is limited to around twenty people with scattered tables. Despite being almost full when we arrived, the service was friendly and the portions were generous for a reasonable price. If we were driving by again, we would definitely be happy to stop in.
