The Farmyard Kitchen - Mid Sussex

We have been fans of the high-quality food at Grange Farm Shop for some time now. We had always wanted to try the Farmyard Kitchen just across the way, but it was always busy. However, on a less than perfect weather day with no school holidays, we decided to finally give it a try. And we were pleasantly surprised by what we had been missing out on. We ordered the lamb burger and venison burger, both with extra cheese and a generous serving of salad, all sourced from the farm shop. The lovely Katie prepared and assembled our burgers with skill, making them into a true masterpiece. The buns were large and the burgers themselves were delicious and had a great texture. We shared one serving of chips, which we couldn't even finish. Although we wished we could have had a beer with our meal, the burgers were so good that they didn't even need any additional sauce. We are excited to try the tuna cheese melt next time, as it seems to be another excellent option for tasty and affordable food.

My wife and I popped in for breakfast and WOW! Simply delicious. Quality produce, you can really taste the difference. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Real value for money. This really is a hidden gem. Brilliant.

I read the reviews as I was only visiting the area and then had the opportunity to visit this establishment this morning . I find it very hard to see how anyone could find anything negative with this place. This staff are spot on and the place is spotlessly clean well organised and COVID friendly the food is great and the portions are good. I am happy to recommend this to anyone looking for a clean and well organised place to eat
