Mcdonalds Resturant - Mid Sussex

So I took my family for a tasty bite today, his pretty long gone and we don't go that way, already an expensive tasty. we ordered and some of our items we changed so, probably they would be freshly cooked. the command came just under...£50, fair enough, there are a few of us. most not even lukewarm. so disappointing I made about half a burger and 2 pommes, but that was it. it wasn't busy. the most disappointing is, in the past, everything was fresh and piping hot, in sure that there was a review of me on their website to this effect.

I frequently order McDonald's through Uber Eats, but every time my order arrives, it is half cold and items are missing. They never include napkins, so I end up using a towel to wipe my hands. I have had such bad experiences with their service through Uber Eats that I will not be using the East Grinstead location in the future. When I call to complain, they always blame being busy and offer a generic apology. This is unacceptable for a service that customers pay extra for. Cold food and missing items cannot be excused by a simple "we are busy" excuse. I urge future customers of McDonald's East Grinstead to avoid ordering through Uber Eats. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration.

This restaurant was a very disappointing experience. I was looking for a quick stop on my journey from London to Eastbourne. However, when I arrived, I was directed to the inner waiting queue instead of the parking lot. I was unable to leave and had no choice but to pick up my order, eat in my car in a nearby parking lot, and could not enjoy the dining experience. There was no chance to use the facilities or refresh myself.

To the lovely man always outside doing the drive through, you are doing an amazing job and i hope you get recognised for your work! it’s so clear he loves what he does, even in the rain he’s smiling and waving at everyone, so lovely...to see
