Lucky Chinese Takeaway - Mid Sussex

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but sadly, we will no longer be using their services. The quality has been steadily declining, and tonight's experience was the final straw. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to receive lukewarm food, most of which wasn't even properly packaged but handed to me one container at a time. The curry sauce managed to spill everywhere, resulting in a waste of $6.90 and now my clothes needing to be washed. Delivery always seems to take over an hour to arrive, despite living only 6 minutes away, and it consistently takes longer than the estimated time.

I had never tried this takeout restaurant before, but after browsing their online menu, I was impressed by the great variety of dishes available. I placed my order over the phone and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I was able to pick up my order in just 20 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was of high quality, with generous portions that were cooked to perfection. The only minor issue was that there was a slightly excessive amount of salt, but overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning.

I am a frequent customer at this takeaway restaurant and every time I visit, it exceeds my expectations. The food is fantastic and very delicious!
