Costa Coffee Tiverton - Mid Devon

Lovely friendly staff and top service. Spoilt by being a very noisy environment. Smokers sit out side the on their tables and chairs so the cafe stinks of cigarette smoke they wafts in through the doors.

A clean place, staff a little bit off for my liking. Like they can’t be bothered. Coffee and cake good but pricey as one would expect

Okay, so Costa has been around for a good while now, and yes, we take for granted a certain look, menu and level of service. That standard is pretty darn good overall in my experience, but it does become 'normal '. The difference in the Tiverton branch has been the team who run it, their friendliness, enthusiasm and efficiency. That, and my love if a cortado, keeps this as my regular coffee shop!

Nice that Tiverton finally has a vista, staff professional and polite and a good hot chocolate. The smokers outside are a put off though. Sat in the shop front. Gross.

Nothing different from so many Costa's could do with a freshen up. The staff are friendly and helpful to advise when something isn't available.
