Costa Coffee - Mid Devon

What's the point of working in the service industry if you don't want to be there? A simple smile and a warm greeting can make a huge difference. Just slamming down drinks with an attitude is not welcoming and unfriendly. This is the second time I've had a problem at this Costa, and there won't be a third.

Discovered this venue by accident and so glad we did. It was good spacing of tables and chairs so didn't feel on top of others. Really great coffee, I like my cappo extra hot with sweetners before the foam...who wants a whole undissolved sweetner.Nothing was too much trouble. Very calming experience and would recommend.

I have noticed a recurring issue at this restaurant. When I went for breakfast with my son, we found that there were only sugary treats and cakes available, with no real food options. This has been the case for the past 5 months. The service was also very slow, but I suspect that the server may have been new, so it's understandable. Sadly, I think the quality of Costa's food is declining.

I stopped by Costa Coffee for a break and decided to have a hot chocolate and a slice of cake. The staff were friendly and the seating area was clean. I enjoyed watching the world go by before heading to my next destination. Overall, I would give it a 10/10 rating.

I am a frequent customer of Costa Coffee, and I found the Crediton branch to be very similar to the others. There is ample seating, fast service, and the staff are usually friendly.
