I placed a delivery order on a Saturday. The order was accepted, and I received a confirmation email with an order number. I thought everything was fine. I waited, but no one called me to follow up. Eventually, I decided to call them myself, as I was curious about the payment upon delivery, but there was no information about the payment method on their website. In the end, I found out that there was no delivery on Saturday because they were overwhelmed, and I was supposed to learn this, drumroll please, by calling them myself. I didn't even bother to emphasize that Saturday, November 2, is a regular working day— I was simply amazed by the establishment's customer orientation and the excellent service they provided. In summary: I do not recommend dealing with them, as you will waste your time and end up hungry. It would be better to reach out to organizations that understand what service in the hospitality industry means and value their reputation.

The staff is friendly and polite, the food is wonderfully prepared, and the banquets are excellent and enjoyable. The prices are quite reasonable and moderate. I recommend you give it a try!

Great restaurant! We attended a business lunch, which costs 250 rubles from 12 to 3 PM. For 250 rubles, we had a salad, bread, a fruit drink, a hot dish, and turkey with vegetables. Everything was very tasty and the portions were generous; we all ended up eating quite a bit!

The food deserves a perfect score of 5, the service is polite, and the staff is friendly. Everything was timely, and all the guests were satisfied. Thank you for being here!
