Contribuiți la feedbackThere was no service. Order food at kiosk and a hidden employee yelled order name out while tossing my order onto the front counter. Food wasn't edible. Meat tasted like pure salt and grease. I was really hungry and it was a huge disappointment.
Best quality and service at this location. Always fast, friendly, and accurate, I've never had a problem
I went thru the drive thru. i asked for a double decker taco, a bean burrito, nacho fries, and mild sauce. i received the double decker taco which the hard shell was broken into pieces. the bean burrito, a nacho cheese sauce but no fries. and i got no mild sauce. i call and they say to come and they’ll replace it. i get there, they give me my fries. and a singular mild sauce packet. ONE. i’m overall not happy with this experience. everytime i go here something’s wrong. and they know one mild sauce isn’t going to be enough for 2 things ??.
Terrible service. Repeatedly. Every time I go there is something new wrong, this time they have us stale food and forgot an entire cheesy gordita crunch that they were then RUDE about replacing. It was an online order and I have the receipt in my email and their employee did not provide a physical receipt however somehow got having a physical receipt as well is MY problem? I don’t know what happened to customer service but this taco bell has lost their tact.
It’s not first time,It happened to me every time I am here.Employees doesn’t care when customers walk in.I had to wait 30 mins till someone answered. I tried calling them but no one cared to attend. They keeping playing and talking among themself but never care to attend the customer. It would be if they had good work place ethics.
