Absolutely wonderful food and service. After having such a terrible experience at a different establishment, we made the trek to One Bistro for pancakes and french toast. The current specials were caramel apple spiced pancakes and peanut butter banana french toast. Both were to die for. The pancakes came out hot and fresh with caramel apple sauce and lightly cooked fresh apples, just enough to be soft on the outside with a bit of crunch in the middle and a ton of fresh flavor. There was no need for syrup, the caramel apple sauce was sweet enough and flavorful. The french toast was filled with a peanut butter cream and ripe bananas and melted in your mouth. It was topped off chocolate sauce to give you that little extra touch. Our meals also came with a side of bacon or sausage. The bacon was perfectly crunchy and a good choice of that's your preference, but the sausage may have been the best I've ever had. It was everything you'd hope for from sausage with an extra kick to really seal it in as a top pick. They were also very accommodating for my one year old, who has a dairy allergy. There was nothing on the menu dairy free, but they scrambled up some eggs for her so she could eat like we were. We will definitely be back to both this location and to the one in Xenia, Ohio to both eat delicious food and to help them pay it forward.
Excellent menu. Great service. We try to eat here every time we're in the Burg.
Food is absolutely amazing! Definitely takes time to get your food, but worth the wait.
The food is AMAZING and this is a wonderful way to pay it forward. If you haven't been to this place, put it on your to do list. The people who donate their time here are wonderful and you will leave with a full belly and a fuller heart, I promise!â¤
