Chuck E. Cheese's - Miamisburg

We had our son's 5th birthday party. It was the worst experience with Chuck E Cheese. The party was at 10:00 when they first opened. So I can understand some things that were not on / ready, but they did not have any games turned to 12-15 minutes and then children had to wait 20 minutes to get maps to be able to play. So they missed playing all the time. Many of the games didn't even work. You have changed the number of tickets for games to 1-5 tickets. So it is hard to collect a decent crowd to redeem for all good. The selection of prices, toys, candy, etc. has broken down. The stuff is very cheap. The dart board chose my son - he can't even play with because the darts with how cheap and hard it is. Then they accused us for an extra pizza, upgraded our pizza to the crust - we did not ask for the pizza or for stuff crust. Parents observe your income for additional fees. They also paid $11 extra for 3 drinks. So that was an extra $40 plus we didn't know until we got home. Our hostess said my fiancé HAD to give her a $20 tip, she takes credit or cash!! A TIP is OPTIONAL!!!! Reviews will be our opinion and experience. But Hostess and Management didn't want to help repair or do everything right, they just wanted to get good reviews or 'd in trouble, so make sure it's good. A good rating is for good service and if something is wrong, so it is right. Not haunted to give them something they definitely did not deserve!

First I felt bad for the guy who's doing the party, he really tried his best. They had so many parties at the time, and the tables were not big enough for the gifts and the food. I saw people taking cups of a party and giving them their friends. When our children got their cups, they had none. When we went and said we had to pay for extra cups. Of course, the people who took our children's cups did not have to pay for their extra cups because they took ours. And yes, they knew it was our table. They only looked at the tables and all who looked like they hadn't been used yet and gave it to an older child or adult. We said something, but of course nothing was done. And they even took some of our cupcakes. Your apology was that they thought we were done. Who does that? The birthday boy opened her presents, so we weren't done. Maybe we would have given them a cupcake or two. I thought Springfield was bad, but I'm never gonna have a party here again.

This is a fun place for a birthday party for a young child. It was clean and all games and rides worked well. I took two stars away because the food is absolutely terrible. 2x the $ should be, and the quality was terrible. I wouldn't feed my dog. This is a great place, just not eating here.

The staff was overwhelmed and didn't care about my birthday party as they should have. They call it 2 hours unlimited game and she was wasting time for children to play by understaffed 300 plus dollar party should be better treated not back

Very impressed with this Chuck E. Cheese store! Clean, Professional....short staffing is everywhere it seems....so food took a little time...but very good! Salad bar good too!! My mom calls it the 'Dancing Rat ' place..... lol ! Great store! Gr 'daughter had a Great Birthday party!
