We usually eat at this Bob Evans 2 to 3 times a month. The service is ok most of the time not great but they try. Food quality is good.

Good but can be slow. Love Bob Evans' food. I'd take this place over all other chain breakfast joints, and there are numerous lunch and supper choices that are good as well. The trouble is that this location is notorious for slow service. They do quite a bit of volume, and while they are right off the Interstate, they also get backed up due to their own inefficiencies. If someone could get this place to master the art of keeping pace with the traffic, and expeditously turn tables, I think the reputation and profits would skyrocket.
