Always gets my order wrong istg. I ordered 10 piece wings with fries and when I got home I realized I got 2 boxes of fries and no wings

I’m thrilled that WingStop has finally opened a location in this part of Miami! The entire atmosphere, including the amenities, has a modern vibe. The food was expertly prepared and utterly delicious. I ordered the 15-piece boneless garlic parmesan wings (thanks to the 70¢ deal), a large serving of fries, along with Hickory Smoked BBQ and Honey Mustard dips, plus a brownie for dessert. My brother and I devoured those wings and I felt like I had an out-of-body experience from how tender and flavorful the chicken was. The fries were perfectly seasoned and stayed crispy, unlike the soggy ones I've had at other WingStop locations. This was probably my most euphoric experience at WingStop so far, and I’ll definitely make this my go-to spot whenever I’m craving chicken (and fries).

I'm not sure if they were short-staffed or if the current staff was overwhelmed and just struggling to keep up. On a positive note, the food was excellent! They accidentally gave me the wrong flavor of wings but compensated with two extra wings, which I appreciated. While the food itself was enjoyable, the long wait was frustrating but bearable. The only downside was the attitude of the staff; they seemed a bit overwhelmed. I understand they might be underpaid and having a tough day, so I’m willing to cut them some slack. Just be prepared for potential delays if you order from this location.

In a world where genuine human compassion can be hard to find, I feel lucky that this Wingstop has someone like you working there, someone who shows care and empathy in their job. I regret not catching your name, but I truly appreciate your kindness and that drink you gave me after I tried to hide my tears. Thank you so much.
