Wendy's - Miami

This people are super nice, The level of service and cleaning ness is amazing!!! Very friendly, every time I go to the restaurant the manager Diego is always working, cleaning, replacing menus, etc. I?m a regular customer in the morning with mytwo little girls.

Staff at this place is excellent. I've found very nice and gentle people at this location

Ordered a double, got a single. Ordered it plain, got it loaded. Wanted a summer strawberry salad, they only had ceasar avilable. But it didn't just have excessive core... it had STEM and nearly no cheese, the entire thing minus chicken and onebite is what's pictured

I was there before 4am they turned off the lights on me and said they could not serve me any longer. No customer service satisfaction and within work hours. Terrible service they Denied it all even though they were still open. And had food I waswilling to sacrifice for whatever food was left to help them out. Terrible service

I just went to Wendy?s. I am taking it personal and post this review. Since is ridiculous the service provided by this particular employee. He is white male with bear and glasses as cashier. I normally order one for me and my coworkers. Eventhough I saw him unbothered and not even asking just plugging number with bad attitude. I remain kind and just told him theother I wanted. He on purpose switch the order. I realized when I got back to work because I was rushing since is only 49minutes break. The number 6, he switch up not to be griddled when I order that way and for the 4x4 I advise chicken for both andhe put hamburger meet with pickles. I am allergic to pickles. I was on time clock since I went on break time. My co workers atecompletely different orders and myself I had to throw the food since I am allergic to pickle.
