I didn't know what to expect from The Arketekt, but on arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff, held a nice conversation with the hostess and the bartender and was beautifully accommodated despite the large number of guests I was with. The food recommendations of the waiter were spot-on, and the service, food and drink were both delicious and funny. The place is small, seating less than 75 diners, but it felt comfortable and familiar although it has never been there. While there were no cartridges on my arrival, the restaurant started filling at 9:30 when we were gone. The price point for food, beverages and common plates reached about $55 per person, which was very reasonable given the quality of the food and beverages to which we were treated. I would definitely come back and like to recommend this place to everyone who asks me. 11/10!
We tasted the ambience, but we went to dinner on Saturday night at 6:00 and it was a total ghost town we were, a person at the bar and another couple. We were just looking for more vibes. If it were more business, it would have been much better. We just tried the flat bread that basically tasted like they got it from Publix a few days ago. The cocktails were pretty good! I would very suggest if you had a big group and wanted to start the evening with drinks.
Olives for appetizers were disappointing. Some didn't have Pits like that, surprise! Cauliflower had a lot of taste but was not served very hot. The service was terrible. And place in general. are they a bar? A restaurant? I'm not sure, but the big tables do not promote a relaxing, beautiful dinner. They encourage loud, happy hour cartridges. Choose one or the other.
Just needed a wine down from a long day in the sun and it was perfect! Just what we needed and wanted. Atmosphere was AMAZING!
