TGI FRIDAYS - Miami (Dolphin Mall)

I went for my aunts birthday and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The service was absolutely horrible, the food cane out cold, when I tried to get some of the servers attention because my food was cold and hard, they were to busy to answer me. I had to stand up and pat them on the shoulder. I will never come back here again.

My steak was a bit over cooked, but the problem was resolved.

My boyfriend and I always choose to dine at TGIF. We adore this restaurant and consistently enjoy the delicious drinks.

Our waiter Carlos was the best!! Food was very good and they made my son's birthday special.

The experience was by far the worst we’ve ever had at any Fridays (and we’ve been to a few around the world), we arrived and had to wait like 20mins for the Hostess to finally acknowledge us and when he finally decided to he made us wait and we could see empty tables everywhere. As we walked to our table, which had to be changed as he clearly didn’t pay attention to anything we said at the hostess desk, we could see many dirty tables which lasted all through our meals. Our server was very friendly and nice to us yet due to all the lazyness and mess that this place had all our orders took forever! This place had dirty tables everywhere and we could see the manager there sitting near the bar doing nothing about it... we could see the other servers standing around talking I guess we came during their break and wasn’t told this. Friday’s should really take a look at this location.
