Taco Bell - Miami

Oh my goodness, getting your order here takes an eternity. The employees move at a snail's pace, almost as if they are deliberately trying to be slow. Despite the lack of customers or a line, the staff is still incredibly inefficient.

I went to the Taco Bell located at 710 NE 37th Ave in Miami, FL. My order number was 69. I placed my order at 1:42pm, but didn't receive my food until 2:25pm. It took way too long, and the manager was very rude. Additionally, they got my order wrong - we asked for black beans and they gave us refried beans instead.

Been coming to this place for many years as a late night choice for a meal after a long day of work. I always used the drive thru driving my car. Tonight, I came using my bicycle and first I got ignored by the kid at the intercom where they take yourorder then after deciding to go straight to the serving window the kid tells me we don 't serve people in bicycles... Well...Too bad, your food is not that great, your policies are garbage and for sure this is the last time you will see me at a tacobell. Whoever reads this review, stay away from this place, find some other place to get your food.

I don't know what $3 to fight for. I ordered 4 soft taco and I said light beef, but got it mixed and they put xtra beef. I corrected the order and said light beef. There was time to correct the order because I had 3 cars in front of me. If I go to the window?4soft taco?, yeah. I'm giving out my loan and I don't have a reception! So I left. When I see my account, they will charge me for the xtra beef. I have no reception for it. I'll call the store and no answer. That is not correct, they should have corrected it, but they charge me for something I did not ask. Never back in this place.
