Subrageous - Miami

I ordered the chicken cordon bleu, and it was quite good. I would suggest asking them to season the chicken with salt and pepper for extra flavor. My friend had the Italian sub, but I wasn't a fan of the pre-sliced deli meats used. On the positive side, the bread was fresh. The brownies looked more appealing in the picture than they tasted. Unfortunately, the onion rings tasted like they came straight from a frozen bag—nothing special there. However, they do have the mini cookies that I really love!

The sign on the door indicates that they close at 8 PM, but I've tried to visit for the last three days and arrived at 7:30 PM, only to find the doors locked. When I asked the staff member what was going on, she informed me that they were closed. If your closing time is actually 7:30 PM, then please update your sign to reflect that. I also called this morning to speak with a manager, but the person who answered was rude and claimed to be busy, showing no interest in my reason for calling. It seems the staff here isn't very happy in their roles and lacks customer service skills. It's disappointing because their food is actually quite good.

I really love the food here, but I’m always surprised by how often they run out of sweet tea. It’s hard to believe, considering how many people order it! Occasionally, the staff can be a bit laid-back, which is frustrating. Despite this, I keep coming back because it’s the only sub place in the area.

Took forever to get my food even after ordering online. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. Other than that, the food is pretty good for the price.

Great fresh comfort food. The staff there are polite and friendly. The turkey or chicken subs with bacon are delicious!
