Steak 'n Shake - Miami

Was not impressed how to deal with online orders. the mobile app said it was for picking up, but never said it would be through running gear thru. I ordered online so I didn't have to wait as I was before they made me my car again, so I wouldn't trigger the sensor for the time that it was for any order on the running gear thru window. for a job completed in 15 minutes, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for my order. do not recommend. I have to say that steak 'n shake corporation has gone into the mud.

Service is horrible. Not a smile on these people or any personality. They will literally forget what u ordered if u go thru the drive thru… ask you when you’re at the window… and still not give u what you asked for. And the fryer was topped with meat bits and the plastic cheese they use was on the corner of the metal fryer…. Not sanitary. No wonder there’s barely any of these locations

The Assistant manager working here Cassandra is amazing. When I got into the store its clear that theyre understaffed and was packed , Cassandra handled everyone perfectly even the few rude ones. big shout to her and her staff today Cassandra you cute too shorty

Waited for 30 minutes for a drive-thru order. After 30 minutes, the order was completely wrong, not a single item was correct, they tried to charge me again. I was blocking the line for all this time. 10 minutes later, somebody came to ask me again what was my order. 10 minutes later, the order was missing items again. Never again.

Location is out of control place is not clean games out of time, no customer service , been told that wiped cream machine is broken for a long time !!but they still charged extra ..I miss the old days full of delicious Shakes andGood and happy people serving
