One of the girls adjusted the music volume when it got too loud, allowing me to focus on my online class. Another girl took my order and made the whole experience enjoyable by making me laugh and putting in extra effort to create the perfect coffee for me. This made for a fantastic experience, and now I can’t wait to come back every day for my online college class. Everything was handled smoothly!
As a loyal Starbucks customer, I’m sad to say that I am giving up on what used to be my favorite location. While the staff remains friendly, I primarily come for the coffee. I’ve been trying to order a dry cappuccino, but during my last five visits, they seem unable to distinguish it from a latte. It’s frustrating to spend that much money just to teach a barista the difference.
I always order the caramel ribbon crunch without whipped cream, but this time they didn’t mix it properly. It seemed like they just filled it with extra milk or something because it didn't taste the same. I only got a Grande this time, but I usually add extra crunch as well. I’m not going to pay nearly $7 for a milkshake with some crunch in it! This location consistently gets my order wrong, and this is the sixth time it has happened!
I came to this location to have breakfast today but they did not accept my payment with coins the total amount was only $16 and my coins were in groups or quarters and dimes so it would have been easy for them receive it. I had to leave without having breakfast so it?s been very disappointing
Love the speed of the service, never had an issue with my customized order at this location and the staff is friendly!
