Snappers Fish and Chicken - Miami

My problem was with the cook I was telling the cashier I didn't want the wings fried hard the cook advise me Popeyes over there.He was arrogant and unprofessional.The cashier was very professional I advise her I was never coming back.Once the cook said they cook the wings until they float and they are not responsible if I getsalmonella he had to add the remark about popeyes. Also he told the gentleman the 4 wings were small he had some that will be ready in a couple of minutes and then he gave me the four wings as a gesture to say he can do what he wants. I work with the public almost forty years I gave my customers the utmost respect right or wrong.The cook needs training in dealing with the public.A good cook listens to their customers..

OMG ...I went to Snappers today Saturday afternoon in Colonial shopping Plaza and being a Snapper customer all over Miami today was the best at of all the Snappers I', sorry I had to put it out there 54Th!. Whomever prepared this food this time cooked with lots of love. The shrimp conch and fries was golden fried and very tasty. The conch was the most tenderness conch that I ever had. Great job Chef! You did your thang..You put a hurting on that. Down south is wheres it at!!! Also Great customer Service.. Greets with a smile loving their job...

Greasy stuff overpaid. Don't ask for lemon pepper on the food it's a fine dust makes you choke.Food: 3/5

Very salty and got order wrongwent back no refunds oh well you live and learn wont return

SO FRESH! My wife and I went here and just walking through the door we were greeted. I ordered the snapper and jumbo shrimp, shrimp had the honey lemon pepper on it and my wife ordered the honey lemon pepper fried conch. There wasn't a line at all and the food didn't take long especially for it being made fresh to order. The shrimp had a good crunch texture to it and the conch was so good it was gone before we got home. The only thing that put this at 4 stars were the fries, we don't care for the steak fries so that's a personal take on it. Overall the food was splendid.
