Raw Juce - Miami

Obsessed with Raw Juce and believe that it is one of the best operated F&B establishments in Miami. In a town where service, consistency and the quality of ingredients can be hit or miss, Raw Juce stands out as shining star.I've interacted with many different team members, and the common thread is that they are all incredibly kind and attentive to guests. They always go the extra mile to emit a positive attitude and ensure that orders are made correctly. They consistently demonstrate an attention to detail and passion for customer service that are rare.In terms of the product, the smoothies and açaí bowls are absolutely delicious you can't go wrong with any of the options. I also really appreciate that the brand makes such efforts to source organic ingredients and provide the healthiest, highest quality options. This is not easy for any operator to achieve, especially as prices in the food supply chain continue to rise.Big fan of the app, which is definitely the most efficient way to order if you're in a rush, and has some nice loyalty rewards.Thank you Raw Juce Team you're the best!!!

Update: I emailed, Teddy(owner), per his request 2 months ago… even he didn’t get back to me?I’ve been ordering from Raw juce since they opened up in Boca, and I regret to say that this location is the worst(I’ve been to every store multiple times from Jupiter to coral gables). The manager is nice but there is one employee with terrible communication skills and an unpleasant attitude, his name is andres. I always post positive reviews of places but it’s a shame that this will not be one. The food is on par with the other locations, however the Brickell store has messed up my order before and they lack the vibe and quality that the palm beach county locations possess

Nice spot in the heart of Brickell on a (relatively quiet street). Place is pleasant inside, staff are friendly and the vanilla bean smoothie was really tasty not too sweet.

I tried the Hercules smoothie this time but usually get the E3 Green Monster.Andres suggested I should change it up and oh boy… was he right on!!I truly appreciate the staff here they are usually busy, but always greet me on entering and I don’t remember a time my order was not correct and ready when I arrive(I usually always order on the app).I am SO glad this place is thriving and that they keep great staff like Andres around!See y’all soon!
