Pomodoros Pizza - Miami

In my opinion, this is the best pizza in Coral Gables! Their New York-style pizza is so good that I find myself ordering it at least once a week. The restaurant is quite small, so it's more suited for take-out or delivery.

If you're planning a visit, make sure to opt for take-out. This family-owned pizza place is quite small, featuring just one high-top table and a high-top bar that can accommodate a couple of people. While you wait, you can watch the pizzas being made and chat with the owners. The only downside to Pomodoro's is that if you're not familiar with the area, you might easily walk or drive right past it. The only signage out front simply reads 'Pizza,' which adds to its hidden gem charm. You'll find it at the intersection of Galiano and Coral Way, diagonally across from the Ale House.

You might easily miss this restaurant if you walk by, as it’s tucked away on a side street, even though it’s in a bustling area. The seating is limited, but the pizza comes in generous slices and is quite reasonably priced. If you’re in the mood for a quick slice and don’t need anything overly fancy, this is a great spot to check out.

A great option for a NY style slice. Lunch specials are a bargain. $9 for a *big* slice, salad, bread roll drink.
