Pollo Tropical - Miami

Among all the local spots, this one consistently gets orders right. The staff is always patient and kind when taking orders, and they attend to customers' needs promptly. Although they are understaffed, their teamwork is impressive, and they manage to provide great service daily. I highly recommend driving to this location just to ensure you receive excellent care and attention.

Tasty food, but on the pricier side compared to other fast-food places.

The chicken here is often overcooked and dry. I understand that the place is in construction, but that should not affect the quality... The journey through is always busy, and often waiting times are longer than expected.

Why are there paprika and maize in macaroni and cheese? Nine times ten if I order a salad I don't get. Who wants to eat a dry salad without sauce? It's very annoying.

This might be the worst Pollo Tropical in Miami. I can't understand how anyone could manage this location without facing consequences. This reflects poorly on the owner and the overall standards of Pollo Tropical.
