Pizza Hut - Miami

Sadly, customer service left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large chicken pizza and two 2 liter bottles of Pepsi. Delivery driver first tried to tell me I had not ordered any Pepsi, then said they had given him only 1 bottle and he would bring me the other. I trusted him and paid $25.00 for the $22.08 ordered (I included a tip. I also called restaurant immediately and was assured they would send the missing Pepsi. After an hour I called again to check on status, and after I identified myself the call was dropped.I like Pizza Hut. I enjoyed the pizza. But I did not receive what I paid for, and that turned me off from ordering from pizza hut again.The order was at about 7:25 pm, 09-14-2023, from store at 33 Ave and coral way, Miami, Florida 33134. It was delivered at approximately 7:55 pm with the missing Pepsi.

The delivery driver took my money, and when I tried to reach out to the manager, they hung up on me. Corporate doesn't seem to care either. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced!

I couldn't even reach Pizza Hut through the app to complain about my pizza being 30 minutes late while the store was empty. The staff in the back were just chatting away. The manager lied to me about my order, clearly too preoccupied with the conversation happening in the back. Then I saw her send someone to make the order from scratch.

Called to place my order was hung up on. Used the app to order for delivery. It was made for takeout. Tried to call the resturant. Couldn’t reach anyone. Paid for food that sat there and I never was able to get or speak to anyone about

The food was burned to the point that I had to discard the entire order, and when I called to address the issue, they hung up on me.
